I came across a very talented lady today; her name is Carolyn Koslen. The minute I came to her jewelry website, I certainly wished I had some money to burn–she is talented and her pieces are beautiful!
Since I am doing a fundraiser next month for breast and ovarian cancer with The American Cancer Society, I am going to focus on her breast cancer pieces. While she has many pieces that I fell in love with, I will just feature a few and well…you will just have to visit her website yourself to see what other beautiful things she has waiting for you!
You’ll notice I keep saying “pieces” when referring to her jewelry. It is because, to me, her jewelry is like art. It is so beautiful, that the words “Jewelry” or “ring” or “bracelet,” alone do not describe how impressed I am with her gorgeous collection.
Carolyn’s “Gift’s that Give” collection benefits different charities. For breast cancer pieces, she gives 50% to the Susan G. Komen Foundation or The American Cancer Society. For some pieces you can choose which of the two charities it goes to, and some are already pre-assigned. Carolyn is vested in breast cancer awareness, research and support. She is the daughter of a 20+ year breast cancer survivor.

This exquisite piece is the Breast Cancer Survivor Clip. It is considered an “Anywhere Clip,” because it can go anywhere you like. From your cell phone to your belt loop, purse strap, book bag, key chain, and anywhere else you can dream up. It’s made of Swarovski Pearls, Crystals and Rondelles in Sterling Silver and a Swarovski Crystal Awareness Ribbon dangles from the bottom.
Everyone knows how much I love pink to begin with, but I love how the pink in these pearls are so feminine and not overpowering of the whole piece. I love how this clip is set up and I think it would be a great piece for any breast cancer survivor.

Now this one is my favorite! I am not usually a big fan of bracelets, but this one really captured my attention. I think I am just smitten with how tastefully done this piece was. I truly love the teardrop pink CZ’s. This piece is made with sterling silver, pale pink pearls, pink CZ’s along with the Swarovski crystal pink ribbon and a heart shaped coin pearl.

I have to admit, I love this ring. I love “dangly” things and this ring has those teardrop pink CZ’s that are a little bit dangly on them. I think it is the perfect mix of pale pink pearls, pink CZ’s and soft pink glass beads. This ring is definitely a conversation starter and is so unique.

The necklace and earrings shown here are sold separately, but obviously look wonderful as a set! Those pink pearls are set perfectly throughout the necklace, giving it such a look of feminity.

The first thing I thought of when I saw this ring, was that it looked like a flower. Low and behold, it is perfectly called the Relay for Life Swarovski Bouquet. It is comprised of pink and purple Swarovski Crystals and pearls. It is gorgeous and something that will look great on your finger!
Carolyn also makes bridal jewelry, baby bracelets, earrings, necklaces, hair jewelry, pendants and rings. I’m sure there is something you will fall in love with on Carolyn’s website, so why not treat yourself today!
