Soapylove: When you Need a Good Soapsicle

One of the great benefits of being on Twitter is coming across followers of your friends. Last night I came across Soapylove, and yes my friends, it was love at first Soapsicle. A true lover of glycerin soap, I marveled that soap could be molded to resemble a tasty summertime treat. Soapylove’s Soapsicles are a true work of art.

Not only is this a non-fat moisturizing bath time treat, if you have kids like my 4 rugrats, can you imagine the begging that will go on just to take a shower? Whether you have kids or not, I not only think this is a fun soap to hang around your bath tub, but also to display in your bathroom. Why not become the talk of all of your friends for having such a unique soap for them to wash their hands with?

Soapylove Soapsicles can be purchased via their website at $8 for a 3oz. soapsicle, as well as other fine retailers listed on their site (one is only 30 minutes from me at Great Wolf Lodge–who knew!?)

That just looks so realistic that I’m afraid I might try to eat them in my sleep!

They do look like a lot of fun for kids and adults!

Did you see the rocket soapsicles? They remind of me those pops that the ice cream man used to sell in my neighborhood when I was little!

i am not big on soaps but i do love the homemade ones. however, the price is steep for this one- most etsy sellers sell larger soaps for half the price

These are so cute. i can picture them in a little girl’s/boys bath – or preteen for that matter.
