Cooler weather is here and that can only mean one thing: Fall colors. This Fall it is all about the nude trend. From your nails to your skin to your lips, flesh-toned is in.
L’Oreal has just released their New York Nudes Collection, which is a limited edition collection of their Colour Riche Nail line ($5.99) and Colour Riche Le Gloss ($7.95). They also reformulated 5 shades of their True Match Super-Blendable Makeup ($10.95.)
Being a lip gloss addict, I immediately swatched Colour Riche Le Gloss. Despite the colors on my skin, keep in mind that these are nudes, so on your lips…it’s more sheer. The first two seen on my hand (Cinnamon Spiced and Spiced Coffee) do offer a small pop of color. All of the colors look good on all skin tones. I’m very fair skinned and the darkest gloss looked perfect.
Right now I am wearing Brownie Points Colour Riche Nail on my toes (seen farthest to the right in the first picture above.) It’s a mix of a deep brown and deep purple. It’s gorgeous. The True Match Super-Blendable Makeup foundation is going to get a review of its own because it is that AMAZING. The New York Nudes Collection is limited edition and can only be found in stores. So make sure you get to the nearest CVS, Walgreens, Duane Reade or Target to get a look at it yourself!
