Herbal Essences Honey I’m Strong Shampoo and Conditioner Review

There is nothing better than shiny, healthy hair.

When your hair looks healthy, people automatically assume you just got it cut, did something different with it, or compliment you that you look good. In fact, the first day that I tested out Herbal Essences new Honey I’m Strong shampoo and conditioner, my boyfriend’s mom said, “I’ve never seen your hair so shiny before.” That sealed the deal for me that this hair care duo worked.

Honey I’m Strong, made with honey and apricot extracts, smells delicious (like apricots, of course.) It also contains bis-aminopropyl dimethicone, which is a modified silicone…silicones of course are what do the most work in making your hair (and skin) look amazing. This particular silicone is what helps Honey I’m Strong live up to the claims of preventing further hair damage, as it coats your strands. It also helps with taming down the frizz and making your hair silky smooth. One potential side effect is that it can dry out your scalp. That didn’t happen to me though. Honey I’m Strong is also safe for color treated hair.

Super, glossy shine at about $4 a bottle is worth it to me. Have you tried it?

I LOVE beauty reviews, it’s always good to hear others review of beauty products out there. I’ve tried Herbal Essence way way back so it’s good to hear they are still doing well!!
