Holiday Inspired Spa Treatments in Las Vegas

I love Las Vegas. Not for the casinos (I don’t gamble) and the 24-hour party atmosphere (exhausting), but for the little known part of Las Vegas known for relaxation–the spas!

From facials to massages, these luxurious experiences will calm the mind and have skin looking radiant for any holiday gathering! (This post was written in 2012, so be sure to call ahead to see if they are still being offered.)

Spiced Pear Fig Refining Facial, Spa & Salon Vdara, $140 for 50 minutes or $190 for 80 minutes

Cinnamon, spice and everything nice – this facial is perfect for skin feeling dry or irritated from the harsh winter months. The invigorating treatment begins with a polishing pear enzyme that hydrates the face, then finishes with a calming Cinnamon Spice Mask that leaves skin looking refined and clear.

Mint Delight Scrub, Spa Mandalay at Mandalay Bay, $75 for 25 minutes

Look picture perfect in holiday photos this year after a minty fresh, full-body exfoliation with an invigorating scent of peppermint; this luxurious gentle scrub infuses the skin with Vitamins A & E, so that guests emerge with better circulation and soft healthy skin.

Silhouette Contouring Treatment, Spa & Salon Bellagio, $160 for 50 minutes

Start the New Year off right with a full-body wrap that will leave skin feeling transformed. This treatment uses warm clay product which decongests the pores and increases microcirculation. After the detoxifying wrap, the skin becomes firm and smooth, leaving a refined silhouette.

Candied Chestnut Massage, THEbathhouse at THEhotel, $135 for 50 minutes

When the hustle and bustle of the holiday season takes its toll, treat the body to a custom pressure massage that uses the holiday scent of candied chestnut. This massage will increase circulation, soothe tired muscles and create an overall sense of relaxation.

Warm Spicy Chestnut Manicure and Pedicure, The Spa at ARIA, Manicure $85, Pedicure $125

Don’t neglect hands and feet this season, instead give them some special attention. Whether guests choose a manicure or pedicure, the skin is exfoliated with a warm sugar scrub, then rejuvenated with a spiced clay mask. Sit back, relax and take in the lovely scent of the spiced chestnut moisture cream that is used to finish off the treatment.

Crème Brulee Hand Treatment at Spa Bellagio, Add on to any barber, makeup or hair service for $25

When the winter air leaves hands dry and rough, treat them to a soothing experience. This luxurious hand treatment begins with a Crème Brulee polishing sugar scrub infused with Vitamins A and E to gently remove dead skin cells and promote a radiant, polished glow. A repairing hand crème rich with soy proteins and amino acids, combined with the natural soothing and moisturizing qualities of Crème Brulee is gently massaged into tired and dehydrated hands.
