Farmaesthetics Dreaming Oil, Aetheric Inhalation Oil

Instant Stress Relief…who wouldn’t love something that offers that on a daily basis, or like me, a few times throughout the day?

There are a ton of studies out there about the havoc that stress wreaks on our bodies and also a lot of remedies for instant stress relief, but depending on where you are at the very moment when stress consumes you, it’s not always easy, or convenient, to laugh or sing out loud,or go for a brisk walk.  And this is exactly why I am a believer in aromatherapy.  It works for me, but it is also an instant and convenient form of stress relief, which is why I have chosen to start toting around a vial of Farmaesthetics Dreaming Oil with me all the time.

With ingredients such as lavender and clary sage organic essential oils and organic soybean oil, the Dreaming Oil promotes calm and relaxation.  There are a few different ways in which the oil can be applied but my favorite is rubbing a few drops in my palms, then rubbing them together to warm and release the vapors and taking in a few deep breaths while cupping my palms over my nose.  After doing this for about a minute, I become noticeably more calm and focused and a lot less anxious.  I also love putting a few drops of the Dreaming Oil in my bath water, I definitely go to bed in a more relaxed state.

Before agreeing to try the Farmaesthetics Dreaming Oil to provide my thoughts on it, I had surprisingly never heard of this company but after some quick research I was definitely pretty impressed.  They have been written up by just about every publication out there and their skincare products are 100% natural and green, which means that it is synthetic- free.  They also use organically grown herbs, flowers, grains and oils from American family farms.  With this knowledge, plus how well the Dreaming Oil works (not to mention the very cute packaging of the Dreaming Oil), I am most definitely looking forward to trying a lot more of their products…their Lip Softener has already piqued my interest…

Have you used Farmaesthetics oils? Which essentials oils are your favorite?
