evo Water Killer Dry Shampoo Review

There’s a reason evo’s Water Killer Dry Shampoo is always sold out.

It’s that good.

It’s worth repeating that you should not wash your hair everyday. For some reason, when I tell people this I get a dumbfounded look. In order to keep your scalp healthy and not overproducing oil or drying out, you need to give it a break. Trust me, I have bangs. Bangs + an oily t-zone spell a bad hair day. On the days when I skip washing my hair, I always use a dry shampoo to not only absorb oil in the spots beginning to show greasiness, but to also give me some added volume.

I had the chance to try out evo Water Killer Dry Shampoo ($29.95) and realized why this is one hair care treatment that you want to quickly snatch up as soon as it is in stock.

What I loved:

  • Applies clear without any white chalking or residue on your hair
  • Adds volume instantly
  • Smells amazing!
  • Absorbs excess oil

What I didn’t love:

  • The bottle is huge…so not very travel friendly.

Obviously the pros outweigh the cons here! I love, love, love this dry shampoo! The scent lasted a few hours, which would be typical if you washed your hair normally, anyway. I loved the fragrance so much, that I did find myself spritzing a little when the scent was gone just to be able to smell it again.  Now if only they made a travel-sized version this would be going with me everywhere! Have you tried it?
