Bargain Eye Shadow Look Using Wet n Wild Silent Treatment Trio

DSCN5518

When it comes to an easy eye shadow look, Wet n’ Wild’s Silent Treatment is the drugstore trio I reach for most.  I like something neutral, a bit smoky so I can wear it day or night depending on the event, and the colors just go with everything.

You’ll see on a new palette ( and not my well loved one) that the shadows are printed with Browbone, Crease, and Eyelid and that is actually how I use them. The browbone shade is a fair peach, the crease shade is a dark cocoa brown with a sprinkling of bronze glitter that isn’t too overbearing, and the eyelid shade is a gray leaning taupe.

I applied these shades over my Maybelline Color Tattoo in Barely Branded which helps them to pop a bit more in my opinion. These shades don’t need a primer on me, I just wear one out of habit. They are smooth, easy to blend, and lovely on everyone I’ve ever seen wear them. Plus, they can be found for around $3 at your local drugstore & mega stores.

What do you think of this trio? Have you tried any of the Wet n Wild Color Icon eye shadows? Which are your favorite?
