lifetherapy Play: Choose Your Mood

Choose Your Mood: lifetherapy play #bathandbody

One of my favorite things about beauty products, is how quickly it can change your mood. Want to wake up your senses? Products with citrus, eucalyptus or peppermint are sure to revitalize you. Want to soothe your mind? Lavender scented products will provide it in an instant. That’s why I love the bath and body collections from lifetherapy. Each one is based on the mood you wish to have. Working as much as I do, and being a mom to four sons, I felt I needed a little more playfulness in my life, so I chose to try products from their Play collection.

Play is a very feminine scent with notes of Jasmine, Peach Skin, Red Orange and Marsh Grass. The Skin Nourishing Body Scrub ($34) contains raw brown sugar and crushed sea salt to gently exfoliate skin. It’s not too harsh and makes your skin feel wonderful. The Enhancing Hand & Body Wash ($24) contains skin nourishing shea butter, coconut oil and vitamins E and D. I love that it can be dually used in your shower for body application or simply at your sink for hand washing. Either way, your skin will retain the light fragrance of Play. Lastly, the Hydrating Body Lotion ($24) has shea butter, aloe vera and jojoba esters to keep your skin hydrated. The texture is light and creamy and leaves no oily or greasy residue behind. If you need a deeper hydration than a body lotion, lifetherapy also has an Ultra Nourishing Body Creme ($40).

lifetherapy offers other mood enhancing lines like Chill, Escape, Vacation and Flirt, all with their own unique fragrance to re-set your mood. Since my initial review and fall-in-love moment with lifetherapy a few years ago, they’ve also expanded to include beautiful jewelry, as well.

So what’s your mood?
