EnvyDerm Lip Volumizing and Conditioning Plumper

No3 Berry Face Oil Review

Can I use face oil if I have combination skin? Of course you can, simply avoid pore-clogging oils and use only the ones intended to moisturize your face. L.A. Booty Parlor Dust Up Body Shimmer

Totally loved the round circular shaped ball this dust came in. I am super clumsy, so being able to just twist on and off the top to get to the powder is a major plus. I loved the cute powder puff inside with a mini-ribbon.

Punch Drunk Pink was my favorite because of my fair skin. It provided a light shimmer, that honestly when you dabb some powder on, instantly makes you feel a little “vixen-ish.” Punch Drunk Pink is scented like cotton candy and is not glittery, but actually makes your skin glow.

I was also sent Cruisin’ For a Bronzin’, which has Cinnamon Sugar in it and provides a bronze sheen. It was very pretty.

Much to my husband’s disappointment, I didn’t review these products for him to “test,” as the Dust Up Body Shimmer is lickable, but I wanted to see how they would look and feel for when I use them to add some glow to my skin for upcoming Christmas parties. They definitely bring on that sex appeal, which is soooo welcomed for this 5 month pregnant body. I feel more like a seacow more and more, and anything that makes me feel beautiful again is a winner with me.

You can get Dust Up at www.bootyparlor.com and also be sure to check out my review on their lip gloss on Makeup Minute.

Review: Pure and Petal Hair Fragrance

This is such a long overdue review! I received samples from Pure and Petal, a Canadian based company, in mid-November. When I was approached to test out the products I was intrigued because I have never really heard of fragrance for your hair beyond that in your typical shampoo or styling aid.

Elizabeth, the owner and creator of Pure and Petal, was gracious enough to send me samples in all of her scents because I simply couldn’t make up my mind which one I would like best. Pure and Petal’s fragrances are: Linden Blossom, Sublime Citrus, Heavenly Clean and Summer Passion.

The fragrances are light, so you don’t have to worry about smelling like a perfume factory and they are also alcohol-free, so it won’t dry out your hair.

My favorite was Linden Blossom which is floral linden blossoms and pink grapefruit. However, my 2 year old was in the bathroom with me when I misted Heavenly Clean into my hair and his response was, “Mmm!” It really does smell like that clean out of the shower type scent.

The mist wasn’t heavy on my hair and lasted a while. I really fell in love with this product.
