Now that summer has come and gone you may be concerned about keeping your sun-kissed healthy glow. Guerlain is famous for their Meteorites face powder as well as their iconic fragrances. The Terracotta Huile De Voyageur Nourishing Dry Oil Illuminating Tan Intensifier SPF 8 ($59 at Bergdorf Goodman) is a dry oil meant to help extend the life of your summer tan. Fusion of Color Cosmetics is a mineral makeup line of products aimed at leaving your skin looking flawless without appearing like you are trying too hard. And I think you know what I mean…call it ghosts of pancake makeup past.
They offer a wide variety of mineral makeup from concealers and correctors to finishing powders, eye shadows, blush, etc. I also loved that for some of us still set in our ways of press powder and cream concealers…they offer that too. Their fall palette of colors are gorgeous! Working Girl and Too Cool are beautiful.

Sidenote: You should go just for the sake of meeting Pam, because yes I have had the opportunity to hang out with her and she is quite awesome.)
If you follow me on Twitter, you may remember that back in July while I was a speaker at Cosmoprof I tweeted that I was out to dinner with the grandfather of hair extensions, Kit Rogers. Quite brilliantly, he put together a video to show him at work putting on extensions at Salon Seven in Park City, Utah. The model here’s name is Sarah, who was the costume designer for the Cosby Show. I think he did an amazing job, wouldn’t you agree?
To learn more about Kit, you can visit his website at www.ChristopherRogersInc.com Also, he says “grandfather” but really he is not that old!
