The story of entrepreneur Jessica Kernochan gives us all hope of achieving our dreams! What began as a fun idea for Christmas gifts has evolved into a thriving business! In the winter of 2002, Jessica began mixing up one-of-a-kind body scrubs and soft skin lotions for her friends and family. It turned out to be destiny as the last dot.com she worked for folded, leaving her jobless. “It forced me to commit to my dream of creating a beauty line,” says Jessica. And so production began. After the process of finding the perfect concoction for her trademark sugar soufflé body scrubs, Jessica began going to beauty stores to sell her goods. The products sold themselves with their unique formulation and tantalizing scents. Soon, Jessica had to leave her kitchen behind and find a warehouse big enough to whip up her products and ship out orders.
