Best Ways to Spa at Home

I’d be lying if I said I could afford to go to the spa every few weeks. I simply can’t. Not with 4 boys who keep me super busy and a budget that doesn’t account for splurging. But I absolutely feel that spa time is super important if not only for your skin, but your mental and emotional well-being as well.

If you are anything like me and your finances and time don’t always agree with a trip to the spa, here are some simple ways to pamper yourself at home:

Light your favorite candles. There is nothing I love more than a house that smells so deliciously fragrant. Don’t use the ones that you light frequently, instead use candles that you set aside just for your spa time. My favorite candles are from NEST Fragrances. They are so unique (like Wasabi Pear and Moss & Mint) and smell luxurious. Turn off the lights and set them around your bathroom to make it even more relaxing.  Read more
