Based on the above photo, let it never be said that I am not willing to risk looking foolish in the pursuit of a great beauty product. While the Natural Facial Mask by Ashieda possibly would make a great Halloween mask…it actually is quite wonder-filled for amazing looking skin.
The Natural Facial Mask by Ashieda ($9.99) is a bio cellulose mask with collagen. It’s a one-hour mask, so it’s definitely something you’ll need to set aside time for. It is a single use mask, as well, that is recommended for once a week use. When I first opened the package to remove the mask, the texture was very “slimey.” Not the most flattering word, however it is the 5 peptides, aloe, glycerin, castor oil and hydrolyzed elastin and lupine protein that you are feeling covering the mask. There are flaps where the eyes are, so that you can either leave them laying down to reveal your eyes or you can have them covering your eyes (with your eyes closed of course!) The nose piece is adjustable and there is an opening for your mouth, although mine sat far from where my mouth actually opened.
To get started using this Natural Facial Mask you’ll need to wash your face and remove all dirt and makeup. Once you set the mask on your face and adjust the openings, you’ll leave it on for 60 minutes. Despite the slippery texture of the mask, it only moved on my face slightly as I sat at my desk working while wearing it. When the 60 minutes are up, remove the mask and massage the remaining product on your face–no need to rinse it off since it is all good stuff for your skin!
I didn’t really have any expectations when using this mask, but was happy with the outcome. Just from the hydration alone, my skin was a bit plumper, filling in some fine lines and had a glow to it. With repeated use weekly, you should begin to see a more noticeable difference in your skin with a diminishing appearance of wrinkles. Remember, drinking a lot of water has little effect on hydrating your skin, it’s something that needs to be done topically and this Natural Facial Mask did the trick. Have you tried it?
